Mercedes Benz Team
The years 1954 and 1955 are the glory days of the Mercedes Benz racing team. It was during 1954 when they first completed their first FIA F1 World Championship. The fact that they bagged the championships during the aforementioned years made them an instant success. A tragic event on June 11, 1955, called as the Le Mans Disaster lead for them to withdraw from racing totally.

Founded by Colin Chapman, this team is still considered as the most innovative in the sport. Aside from that, they are also the first F1 team put a company’s branding on their car for commercial support.
The highly innovative Lotus team of 1958-1994 lead by Chapman was one of the most successful on the track. This has led them to win 7 Constructors Championships and 6 Drivers Championships.
The Williams F1 Racing Team
This team formed and spearheaded by Sir Frank Williams dominates until now. They have been a formidable team since they started to race in 1978. Williams is one of the three teams in this sports history to win 100 races and 9 Constructors Championships. To top it all off, they also bagged 114 Grand Prix victories and 7 Drivers’ Championships.
Aside from being one of the most popular names in the F1 racing world, they are also one of the most successful. They actually started early, having been around in the track since 1963. Bruce Mclaren and his team have produced the MP4/2 and the MP4/4 which are arguably among the best F1 cars of all time.
The golden years of this team were from 1984 to 1991. In a span of 7 years, they have won 6 Constructors Championships and 7 Drivers’ Championships. Aside from that, they are also known for attracting the best F1 drivers of all time. Immortal names like Niki Lauda, Alain Prost, and Ayrton Senna have been a part of the Mclaren team.
Ferrari F1 Racing Team
This team is simply the most successful teams in the world of F1 racing in all aspects. And this is not because they are the oldest active participant in the FIA F1 world championships. Their success is mainly brought by their ability to make awesome cars and to attract great drivers. This team currently has a total of 16 Constructors Championships, 15 Drivers’ Championships and has 231 race victories. And they are still a feared competitor in the race until the present.
