Formula 1 or F1 is top tier single-seater car racing governed by FIA.  It is owned by the Formula One Group. The term “formula” here refers to the rules governing these races. The F1 season is made up of a series of races. These are held in different parts of the world on assigned dates.  It can take place on public roads as well as specially built quality tracks.

The car involved is a single-seat model with exposed wheels. It is constructed with special features for high speed and endurance. In fact, they are the fastest type of racing cars. Big money is involved in the Formula 1 race programs. For example, the yearly cost incurred by a normal racing team runs to about $ 120 million. Sponsors and TV channels also shell out a lot of money.  For a country like England, this sport gives a big boost to the national economy. This is because it builds most of the single-seat F1 race cars.
